Large white kidney beans: Exporter stop export quotations

Yunnan: Since China’s giant white kidney beans went on the market in November, manufacturers currently have no excellent raw materials to export. China’s great white kidney beans are stable, but they are mainly in the domestic market.

The price of large white kidney beans with a particle size of 45 is US$1,660/ton, and the cost of large white kidney beans with a particle size of 40 is US$1,710/ton, which is the domestic trade standard. Due to low inventory, prices are temporarily stable. Most local, new season kidney beans are growing well. Market participants said that prices were mainly regular before the launch of new products, and many exporters had no inventory and temporarily stopped quoting. The export reference prices of 45 grains and 40 grains are US$1.750/ton and US$1800/ton, respectively. Production and fees in 2021 are unpredictable, and new products are expected to be launched in early November.
